This food brand runs two festive gift-box programs a year — Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese New Year — with a brutal profile: six-figure volumes delivered to warehouses in three waves (45, 30 and 15 days before the holiday). Miss one wave and the whole sales plan collapses. Their previous factory dreaded these "fixed-date waves" — one disrupted schedule and everything behind it falls over.
